Ideal Candidate
– Experience of (a) International Financial & Romanian Reporting Standards, (b) International Standards of Audit, (c) Risk Management Policies and (d) International Code of Ethics
– Strong business awareness
– Flexibility in relation to traveling is expected to serve our client base
– Proved fluency in both English (i.e. Proficiency Level or equivalent)
– Computer literate (i.e. MS Office) emphasis on Excel and Power Point

Job Requirements
– Providing audit related advice on financial statements both under IFRS or RAS as well as on control and procedural related issues, to a variety of clients subject to approval by Manager/Partner
– Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and established audit clients
– Working and liaising with other members of the audit team and colleagues in other parts of the firm as necessary to provide high quality service
– Perform the planning and risk assessment procedures and budgeting on most jobs
– Providing an on-site coordination role for audit clients including planning, day-to-day control of the audit team, liaising with clients and completing audit assignments
– Having supervisory responsibility for an audit team, coaching and training (especially on the job training) more junior people and does the performance appraisals of staff
– Review the audit work of more junior staff in the team
– Coping with having to deal with two or more clients at one time
– Monitoring, reviewing and approving timesheets
– Coaching and training more junior people
– Managing larger and more complex audit assignments
– Prioritising work and responsible for keeping deadlines
– Follow-up with clients when bills are not paid
– Continuously improve their technical knowledge
– Identifying any tax risks as well as other areas risks
– Identifying cross-selling opportunities
– Producce deliverables including draft audit reports for Partner review and approval
