Law no. 296/2023 - Fiscal changes
and other regulations relevant to the economic environment

Law no. 296/2023 published in the Official Gazette, Part I no. 977 of October 27, 2023, brings significant changes to the Fiscal Code, and new regulations for the Romanian economic environment for strengthening the financial and fiscal discipline, improve voluntary compliance for the goods road carriers, latest updates regarding the e-invoice implementation and RO e-sealing.
