Able to provide high quality services against the firm & clients’ expectation while ensuring compliance to related audit & accounting regulations and internal procedures and interacting with respect towards client’s employees.

Job Requirements

• Undergraduate & graduate degree preferably in economics with a further preference for accounting & finance
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Computer literate : MS Office package with a focus on Excel
• Basic accounting knowledge would be a plus
• Availability to travel when required by the assignment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive client relationship oriented
• Team oriented

Job Description

• Perform any audit procedures as indicated by the senior and based on his/her guidance and supervision & review
• Special focus is expected on the following:
• performing test of controls for routine transactions
• attend stock takes
• audit Cash and Bank
• audit Fixed Assets – basic testing – exclude tax related issues & translation to other GAAP
• compliance & Transaction Tests – especially for P&L testing – substantive approach
• basic analytical review procedures for P&L
• cut off acquisitions including search for unrecorded liabilities tests and goods acquisitions cut off
• cut off sales
• VAT processing information / table & interpret it with senior support
• salary processing information / table & interpret it with senior support
• Dealing with client staff below Chief Accountant or equivalent
• Draw conclusions on own tests performed and be able to propose points for inclusion in management letter
• Helping colleagues with less experience
